She has completed her M.S.(Engg.) from university of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing her PhD at Georgia tech. She worked as a researcher at Indian institute of science, Bangalore and is highly focused and interested in research.

She likes to swim, is a voracious reader and is trained in singing for a few years in carnatic music.

We are a family settled in Bangalore. Our family mostly comprises teachers and professors that have led her to understand the importance of education, having a good sense of humor and being empathetic. Our ancestors were from the north, but for the last ten generations, we are settled in south India and strictly follow south Indian traditions.... more We speak Hindi at home along with Kannada and Tamil.

I'm a retired Professor in Accountancy and lecture part-time now to spend time, my wife is a coordinator and a highschool teacher in one of the top schools in Bangalore. We have a son who has finished his Engineering and is working as a data scientist in Bangalore as well.
